1. Acceptance of Terms
At Osirion AS ("Osirion", "we", "us", or "our"), we provide AI coaching and data analytics services related to video games, such as Fortnite. By accessing and using the Osirion App, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, please do not use our platform.
The Osirion App is an AI coaching and data analytics platform. We do not, and never will, condone cheating, hacking, or any other form of unfair play. We do not own trademarks or other intellectual property of any game we support. We are not affiliated with any game developer or publisher. We are not responsible for any actions taken against you by any game developer or publisher. We only analyze game data collected in legal and official ways. We only seek to provide the gaming community with a platform to improve their skills and have fun, in legal and legitimate ways.
2. Service Use
The Osirion App is intended for your personal, non-commercial use. Misuse of the platform, such as attempting to disrupt the service or accessing data not intended for you, is prohibited.
3. User Account
Users must maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials. You are responsible for all activities under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
4. Intellectual Property
All content and software on the Osirion App are the property of Osirion AS or its licensors and protected by international copyright laws.
5. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our platform without prior notice for reasons such as breaches of these Terms & Conditions or legal requirements.
6. Limitation of Liability
Osirion AS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our platform.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of these terms will be resolved in accordance with Norwegian law, and both parties consent to jurisdiction in Norway.
8. Changes to the Terms & Conditions
We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and it's your responsibility to review it periodically. Your continued use of our platform signifies your acceptance of any changes.
